All-Access was born from these core beliefs. Founded in a small office in Orford, New Hampshire, our owner Ray Coffin III, had spent several decades in both the public and private sectors with a specific focus on cybersecurity. During his time in the public sector, Ray contracted for the government as a Network and IT security engineer and was a twice decorated instructor for the Vermont National Guard’s IT security program. Ray knew that the no-frills, streamlined concepts developed by the military could provide significant value to entrepreneurial small and medium-sized businesses. When Ray founded All-Access, he strived to combine these processes with services and technology that could grow with our customers and evolve with technology. Now, with over a decade of continued development, the IT services industry has expanded, and we have looked for new innovative tools and processes to help our customers scale. 

We believe that our stakeholders, whether it is our employees, clients or suppliers, are an important voice in helping our business improve. So when our customers approached us and said that they had difficulty finding a comprehensive IT services firm, we knew that we could confidently fill this void.

Today, All-Access serves a diverse collection of industry verticals that comprise approximately 2,000 end users. We provide our clients with Managed Services, Network Security, Cloud Services, Business Phone Services, and comprehensive IT support. We are proud to support clients from non-profits, medical, legal, and other professional services to local municipalities and manufacturing companies.
